Starbucks

I love here! It’s more expensive than other starbuckses but it’s okay because of convenience. Tall size iced americano - $5.05 Tall size freshly brewed coffee - $3.50 As of 1/31/2022

This is NOT a corporate store & is owned by the hotel. You can NOT redeem rewards or the birthday drink at this hotel but you can charge your purchase to your room. Today on 3/6/2022, my husband got a cup and our cashier Tateianna has seashells in her braids wrapped up our cup really well without us even having to ask! She was super friendly and chatted with us about the store. There is currently only outside seating due to Covid so either eat at the table outside or take it up to your room. At noon it's a ghost town but during breakfast, 7-10, there has been a line out of the door every day I've been at the resort.

Not really amused with this one. Coldly turned lights off as I tried to take pictures for Google Maps. Close too early. I am not amused! UPDATE: Visited a week later when they were opened and had a much better experience. Very courteous and professional staff.

This is the fastest Starbucks I have ever been to; my items were ready so fast that I wasn’t sure they were mine, but there was no one else waiting despite the line waiting to order because that is how fast they work. There was no frenzy in their work, though, just a crazy efficient and friendly staff.

The weirdest and slowest coffee shop I've ever seen. One guy taking orders, 6 staff surrounding him to make one order at a time. Lines out the door. When they take your coffee order you get it instantly since 6 people are quick to act on the 1 order they get. They even had 1 guy on food duty. He was frozen still. Thought he was a Halloween mannequin when I was at the back of the line and was surprised to see him move when I got to the front If you have 6 staff get 2 to serve guys. Conmon sense

It's a fully branded Starbucks. Probably to the chagrin of Starbucks. Poor quality control, doesn't do qr codes for points and the coffee isn't quite as good. But proudly Starbucks. Nice location, gets crowded since there's really no alternative. Poor positioning for the brand. I choose this Starbucks because there's nothing else.

Great place to go..With big beautiful smile & Excellent customer service..Never been to a Starbuck that was so fast.I grab napkins and they call my name..I been here 5 times.Even though this place is super busy.But the line moves fast..Thank you!!! Awesome atmosphere

One of the most efficient Starbucks. Even short handed, down 4 people, my order was accurate and quick! Thank You and keep up the good work!

Gentlemen preparing orders for guests, wearing eye glasses very condescending! Ignoring me and getting annoyed for asking a simple question like which coffee is the dark roast and which is the regular blend! I get that your busy putting orders together, but I waited until he paused in between his orders to ask him the question! I also said excuse me so as to be cordial to him before continuing with my query! Forgive my ignorance, but I thought that part of your job requirement is also helping out customers and attending to to guest in a friendly and cordial manner, and certainly answering any questions they might have about the product you’re serving and charging your guest a premium for, no matter how busy you are!! After all if you’re in the service industry a smile and polite demeanor are kinda mandatory, and require less effort than having an attitude. And if you’re incapable of being cordial, or putting on a smile or answering questions from your patron's then you should maybe consider employment somewhere isolated from the public so that interactions with paying customers isn’t a hinderance to you!
