Starbucks is consistently raise their prices to where it's ridiculous what you pay for a cup of coffee and their service is awful it's become very corporate. I hate the "welcome in". It is completely inauthentic. Disappointed in you Starbucks!Food: 1/5
I like this one because there is always somewhere to sit and do work. The service is great, an for some reason they have really great coffee. This one is definitely in my top 5%.Service: 4/5
This is the second Starbucks that has given me coffee instead of hot chocolate. Probably the second time this location has too. I order from you guys every single day and it’s so infuriating how you can’t get a basic white hot chocolate order down. What is wrong with you people I have endless problems with every single Starbucks ESPECIALLY this one. Incompetent I guess.
This Starbucks is okay. It’s large and airy inside, but the industrial feel creates a bit of an echo that makes it difficult to work in. When the drive through is packed it backs up traffic on Virginia.
I took my granddaughter for a tutoring session and loved how the atmosphere was cozy and warm. The coffee and banana bread were delicious.Food: 5/5
Great customer service here. Very friendly and communicative. Liz was wonderful!
An employee who was not wearing a mask just told me they wouldn't use my reusable cup because of COVID restrictions. I think Starbucks cares more about wasting plastic than any COVID safety. If you won't reduce plastic waste, please make all your employees keep wearing masks. I'm done getting coffee here until you start accepting reusable cups again
Way too noisy. This is the loudest Starbucks I’ve ever been in. Music is cranked up and there’s no baffling on the ceiling. You really can’t have a conversation in here.
Fast and friendly. Upcharge for choosing non-dairy is ridiculous.Food: 4/5
We frequent Starbucks at multiple locations and have typically had average experiences at this location but this time it was terrible and disappointing. For the first time ever, our two drinks cost $20 because add-ins were charged that were not supposed to be, which my husband immediately questioned at the window upon payment but was brushed off. While waiting in the parking lot for the second of the two drinks, my husband went inside to have the first drink fixed and explain that my espresso frappuccino was not supposed to have 2 extra shots or the 4 pumps of caramel brulee syrup and that it tasted terrible due to those unwanted add-ins on top of the caramel drizzle that I actually had requested. The unwanted add-ins were supposed to be added to my husband's drink rather than mine. The employees inside did not offer to remake the drink and did not apologize or seem concerned. I have managed restaurants for over 6 years and was shocked by their actions. Instead, they offered him either milk or coffee to "dilute" the extra add-ins. He came back to the car frustrated, and my drink was still far from what I had hoped for. Mistakes happen, we are all human and I understand that. At the same time, how you respond to those mistakes and make them right is very important in customer relations which did not seem to be a priority yesterday. Paying customers should receive the item that they ordered, always.
