Starbucks

I very rarely take the time to post reviews, but this trip was worth it!! My husband and I went through the drive-through and were helped by a young man named Eli. What an incredibly delightful and pleasant experience. In a time where quality customer service is often hard to find, Eli was a breath of fresh air. And our pup loved his pup cup!

It is a typical Starbucks. You know what to expect and won't be disappointed. Staff is friendly. I picked up a coffee and muffin for my drive to Missoula that morning.

The guy working the drive-thru has the best customer service I've had at any of the Starbucks in town. He had such a great energy.Food: 5/5

Literally best Starbucks in the US. FAST, friendly team. If you have a mobile order and you show up early they'll pull it and make it instantly. The blends are spot on.

The breakfast burritos were good. When you order one I recommend that you tell them to surprise you when they ask you which one. But there was hardly anybody there.Food: 5/5

Went here 6 times on 6 different days and there was no line! Couldn’t believe it. Ordered and had my latte in a couple minutes. Tasted good. Friendly staff. I would go back.

The staff was very friendly and even though they had technical issues were still upbeat and positive. Great Experience

Unbelievably slow inside service. They put the drive through before the inside customers. I will stay with local coffee shops from now on.

This Starbucks is generally my favorite in town. They are the nicest and honestly my coffee always tastes best here. Today I ordered an apple crisp Macchiato. I get it often and usually you can see the apple crisp syrup sitting in the bottom. When I asked about it I was told they probably just mixed it up and sent me on my way...however even when you mix it the syrup usually settles back down. I get home and there is absolutely no flavoring in it. 100% didn't get apple crisp in there. I called to get it fixed as I wasted my money on something I didn't order. The lady told me she herself made it and said sorry it's not enough flavor for you. I get this drink almost daily so I can tell it wasn't made right. Was basically told tough luck. Guess that's what u get for spending almost $6 on a coffee.
