McDonald's

Was thoroughly upset with my whole order. I asked for no onions on my burgers and they were slathered in them, my fries were cold and hard, and they tried giving my order to another customer. Very unsatisfied with the whole experience!

These folks are great! My breakfast order got messed up and I didn't discover it til I got to work. So I called and they replaced the entire meal the next day. Few days later I ordered the same thing and she remembered me by name! They are very committed to customer service and, as busy as they always are, that says a lot!!

Quick service as always and food was great. Never disappointed.

It is as good as always. Not Very! I hope to pick it stuff for my lady.

The worst McDonald’s in Billings. Ran by nothing but kids. They constantly forget multiple items, you ask for extra things like fries and you pay but they forget. They drop your money and never give receipts. The workers in drive up have the worst attitudes.

Quick breakfast. Always tastes the same. No surprises

This McDonald's does not fill orders correctly. When you check it at the pick up window instead of filling correctly there even if you do have to pay more they want you to go through the drive threw again.

Really suprised by the hot and fresh quarter pounder.
