Tried the new Diablo chicken sandwich. The guy at the counter said he eats one every day. Well it was way too spicy. Wow. Went back and he apologized profusely. I ordered a new sandwich and he gave me a discount. I really appreciated the gesture and his friendly personality. I would come back just because of the kindness and service. But not for that spicy Diablo sandwich!
It's been a while since I dined at Arby's. I stopped in for supper before church recently and had a really good chicken sandwich and fries. The restaurant was clean and the food was hot and tasty. I was pleased with everything!

Personally, I'm only in it for the curly fries and mozzarella sticks. Arby's has never messed up on that, so I am content. If a place messes up mozzarella sticks, I'd be speechless. . .
My order was wrong in two different ways. The woman asked if I wanted sauce and then didn't give me any sauce. The lobby was closed so I would have had to go through the drive thru again to ask for some. My Jamocha shake was choclate, and sadly I don't like choclate ice cream or shakes. So I didn't have a drink with my dinner. I just wanted a relaxing Friday night with some yummy food, but wasted my money instead. Don't go here if you can help it guys
This was probably the best Arby's that I've been to.Food: 5/5
I went to this Arby's today. We had two Reuben sandwiches, which we ate in the car because the lobby was closed. The meat in the sandwiches had a lot of fat in it, and wasn't good. The lady at the drive through window did a good job, but she had to wait for the kitchen to make the food, which took a long time. She checked our order before she gave it to us. This used to be my favorite Arbys, and I would hate to see it close because of poor management.
Greated with a smile food was excellent nice clean awesome place to go sit and have great meal .
