Taco Bell

I order from Taco Bell many times, and every experience is great. The staff is friendly and ready to help. This time I ordered the Taco& Burrito Cravings Pack, Cantina Crispy Melt Taco Box, and the Power Menu Bowl. The food was warm, fresh and packed well when arrived. I like the burrito from the cravings pack which is creamy and flavorful. The tacos were delicious too, and I prefer the crispy ones. The bowl’s size wasn’t as I expected but the food was over my expectation. Overall, everyone and everything was great!

The customer service is POOR. The employees that work at this Taco Bell will not help you or even ask if you have been helped. This is unprofessional and it makes the customer feel like being patient is the wrong thing to do. I have a gut feeling that most of the employees that work at this establishment have developed bad attitudes towards their customers. I have worked at a Taco Bell in the past and I know very well what the standards are when it comes to customer service. It is entirely unprofessional and impolite to make customers feel like they are being ignored. I was waiting 20 min, patiently, in their lobby one night for an uber and never did they ask me “sir, have you been helped”. No matter if its fast food or a local classy restaurant people need to be courteous and this is a quality that this Taco Bell LACKS. I feel for the other customers that also feel like they have been ignored, I have read the reviews.

Just like everywhere else, it's fast food. The speed of service is usually okay but the food is almost always wrong. They always forget my sauce packets too which is very irritating. If you want good food, eat at home. If you want quick, poorly made burritos, Taco Bell is the place.Food: 2/5

The Manager is not a nice guy. An Uber eats driver came in and waited so patiently and even helped another customer only to be kicked out of the store for offering to help with drinks? I did not enjoy my half hour wait for a taco pizza and a drink, which they forgot lol. Completely unprofessional.

Update: There was a change in Management and we are seeing much improvement! I say "We" because drivers talk and I'm Reviewing, in hopes that it gets read. PS...I love the smiles they have recently put on! I'm a Doordash Driver. I'm very unhappy with how poorly the service is here now. The manager hates his job and it is rubbing off on the employees. Nobody looks happy there. Nobody smiles and frankly,they are rude! I grew up in this Taco Bell location and now I cringe at the idea of ordering there! I will happily drive the extra distance to go to any others of the 4 locations here in town! They all have a friendly atmosphere, great customer service with a welcoming smile....and they work together Efficiently as a team! Grand should just close their doors or get new management! I hate writing bad reviews... This review was long overdue! Parking: Lots of it! Wheelchair accessibility: Right up front.

It's Taco Bell your here because it's 2am and you're drunk , or it's the only other option ! Nobody goes to Taco Bell because it's good or for stellar service ! Let's face it half the people working at taco bell are probably druck as well or there teen's with a first job , or there on pre release and they needed a job to stay out of jail. That being said this is the very best in fine dining at 2am and everything else is closed.

I honestly can't believe they are ok with serving this to customers! And look I get that this is Taco Bell we're talking about, so no I wasn't really expecting much to begin with but this is almost disrespectful!! Let's start off with the fact that my chicken quesadilla had no chicken at all but I think they have me extra sauce so that's cool!! NOT Then on to the fact that my beefy 5 layer burrito had no beef and was 3 layers of beans, nacho cheese, and sour cream!! If you know the person that runs this location please let them know, they gonna catch these hands!!!

There's four Taco Bell's here in Billings and this is by far the best one. They're fast, friendly, order is always complete, and the fod is great! The ladies at the drive through are wonderful.Food: 5/5

The general manager, a little short guy with glasses and a shaved head refused to give me his name and my Uber eats orders after waiting over 30 minutes patiently, and all because I gestured over towards the cups and asked if I could help with the drinks. The little girl working got an attitude and out comes running the gm asking what's the problem and when I stated my case he refused to give me the two orders. So I lost money and he claims to be reporting me to Uber for absolutely nothing. This place was a complete disaster and the staff is made up of young immature non working kids and ran by a punk.
