I would give 5 stars because service is excellent and coffee is great, when an order gets messed up it is fixed with no question, but at the drive thru, why does your card reader ask for a tip before the customer has even received their order? Trust me, you all aren't the only establishment with card readers that do this, but do you really think it's fair to ask for a tip before a customer has received their order? It's kind of demanding and rude because it makes people feel like if they don't pre tip their order won't receive as much attention...
Important note when ordering refreshers ... Only order Refreshers with light or no ice if you want more than 2 sips. Otherwise they are filled to the top with ice and you only get to sip twice before it is all gone. The manager at 4:35pm on Nov. 6th said "this is how we do refreshers so if you want more than two sips you need to ask for no or light ice." Didn't offer more. Just said it 3 x times to me . It is a small shot with ice not a medium drink that we ordered. False advertising! What happened to customer service. He could have offered little more instead it was my fault for not knowing about ice when trying something new.
Throughout January of 2023 I visited this Starbucks location 27 consecutive days in a row because I was gifted during the 2022 holidays their 2022 Black Friday “deal,” a dark green 2022 re-useable tumbler for a daily free grande or ! I often visited in-store during their “peak” daily morning rush between 7:15 am - 7:30am. This high traffic store has a ton of mobile orders and a line a customers using their drive-thru. Each in-store visit was a consistent very fun experience. While I placed my order with a lot of different faces throughout the month, towards the middle of the month several staff members began to recognize my face and engage me more. Thanks to the entire staff for keeping me caffeinated and starting each day off with a !
Today at 3:55 pm my boyfriend ordered a Venti White Chocolate Mocha and a Venti Carmel Macchiato to bring home. Both of the coffees tasted horribly burnt. The last few times we’ve ordered from here our coffees have been burnt, but we figured today might be different. I miss the Starbucks on 2nd Street by campus. I’m leaving two stars for the cake pops we ordered. Either save your money, or go to Heine Bro’s across the street. 10/30/2022
This store is my favorite. The baristas know my order better than I do. They are the fastest location I go to and I know that even if the line is around the building they still will have us in and out in little time. I mentioned a rough experience at another location and the baristas were so nice about it. The girl said “I know everyone has bad days, but I’m so sorry someone else’s bad day effected you. Please have your drink on me today and I’ll let them know about your experience.” They made my day and got a new regular customer in the process.
I placed a mobile order and was going to go in and get it but I saw that there was no line in drive through or parking lot. Once I told the girl in the drive through, she said “since you just placed it it’s gonna take 5 minutes so you can pull around.” I figured that it would be the same as ordering it at the drive through. I think she was new, customer service here is usually good, but hers was terrible. Order placed on 7/17/22 at 5:15 pm.
Never disappointed when we come here. Pleasant drive through employees always and our order is always correct.
The people working are always very nice, but the drink are always wrong. I used to work at starbucks so i know how they should taste and every time i order from this starbucks at least one drink is made incorrectly. sometimes so bad i cannot drink it.
Update: yesterday blew me away. I waited in line for 15 minutes or more because of one car. The barista paid for my coffee because I waited so long. I was shocked and so happy. I worked a double and got off at 6am. I had to be back at work at 2pm. That small gesture made my heart full and fueled my day like no other. This location is my favorite. The staff is so loving and kind. Drinks are always on point. love stopping here before work. The staff is always kind. My drinks are always on point.
I have been going to this Starbucks since it had initially opened about 20 years ago. It is part of my "coffee family." They treat their customers with respect and are so attentive to their needs. A few of them still work there and it gives me comfort to know they still do, a fact which reflects well on the Starbucks establishment. To all the workers and management: Bravissimo!
