McDonald's

We ordered two deluxe sandwiches and got two regular ones! The worst thing was we tried to make sure that they got our order right! So disappointed. Staff was not responsible.

I placed a mobile order for curbside pickup. I sat outside for 15 minutes. Then I knocked on the door. A woman came out. She said they were too busy to deal with mobile orders, and I should cancel my order. There’s no way to cancel an order. This McDonalds location basically just robbed me.

When ordering was told that the item I ordered McDonald's doesn't sell even though I was staring right at it on the menu. After I ordered the drive thru girl swiped my card and then afterwards told me one of my items they were out of. To top it all off. They didn't salt my fries.

The restaurant is wonderful, hot food, cold drinks, warm service and clean and friendly atmosphere but the parking and the drive through can be challenging when trying to leave. Rude drivers, nit McDonald's fault but it happened.

The drive thru is always slow. They take a order then bring them around to pay and get the food then they take the next order. I don't understand why any fast food place would do that.

There were 2 teens working the drive thru and they got my order wrong. Had an attitude becuz I was missing a happy meal. Even tried to show them my receipt. They need better training on customer service
