I normally avoided Starbucks at all costs - until today when I realized that they use Oatly. The coffee is ok with an extra shot.
It’s always pleasant here. Since it is inside of a hotel, it can be rather busy. The service is usually quick and nice. The paintings are also inspiring to admire.
Employees friendly dispute long lines. Wish they had order in app and pick up.
I checked the times they were open online and tried to go in before they closed, and the workers intentionally closed an hour earlier. I didn’t even want a drink! I just wanted one of the cups, but the employees ignored me. So disappointed :
Terrible! If you want Starbucks I recommend going to a different one. I was third in line in a relatively un busy morning but it took 20 mins to get my drink ready a simple latte. They even got my order wrong. The barista made the two people in front of me’s drinks wrong too. There’s three people working here but the efficiency is just not there. Very slow. Missed my morning bus as a result and had to wait another thirty mins. Just recommending y’all to plan way ahead of you go with coffee at this location!
Amazing how one person can make or break your Starbucks experience. Thursday morning checking out of hotel, stopped for a last coffee. The cashier dark hair didn’t care about anything I asked about, frowning the whole time and didn’t acknowledge my hello. making payment she did not know how the Acct reload works. Someone needs customer service retraining!! Everyone else was helpful, hardworking and super friendly, much appreciated.
I had to stand in line for 20 minutes I was rushed out of the line and my drink wasn't made how I wanted it.
This is possibly the worst managed Starbucks that I have ever visited. Inexplicable and inconsistent pricing. Good customer service is seriously lacking at this particular Starbucks. When I brought this to the attention of the store manager, she insisted on blaming everyone else. Yet she was the one that charged me differently, on three separate occasions, for the exact same drink. Honestly, they really need to find someone to run this Starbucks that knows what they're doing.
I have been to many Starbucks location and they all have been great experiences until I came to this location. Joseph was the person who helped me with my order was full of attitude. I am not going to pay for a latte that costs me almost $7 and getting nothing but disrespect from this man. Starbucks should really reevaluate how your employee treat your customers.
They would not accept my birthday drink yet I can still pay with my Starbucks app. Also it started snowing in here it was so cold. Blizzard Warning in fact. Spent $7 on a cold brew. Turn the A/C above 17°F and give your customers their reward drinks!
