This Stabucks is located inside Macy’s in Lenox Mall. It was pretty quiet around 4.30 - 5 PM. At that time they still served things for breakfast such as ham & swiss croissants and kale & mushroom egg bites. The food and drink were good. Staff was very friendly, she gave my little one a little purple bear cookie as a gift. There are also tables and seats outside. Kid-friendliness: You can buy kid-friendly food, cookies and drinks.
The service is super slow. It took us 25 mins to get our food! The staff is rude and totally ignores everyone! There is no customer service at all. Not coming to this one ever again. I am sure there is a Starbucks with better staff somewhere else. Honestly if Starbucks cared, they would have looked at reviews and did something about it. There are sooo many baad reviews for this store already!
This Starbucks is the absolute WORST. I placed an order for a Venti Dark Roast and was told that they don’t brew dark roast because it’s not that popular and the store tries to save money and will only do a pour over……-#okay So I ordered a Venti Hot Americano and waited and waited and waited. After 10 minutes I asked was my drink coming and was told “eventually”……so I requested a refund. This Starbucks location environment is pretty ratchet and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone especially if you’re a tourist.
If there's an option to put 0 star, that is what they deserve. First the girl didn't take my order, then they forgot about my order. They didn't apologize at all for the inconvenience it caused. Great service that you don't want to ever experience again. Really terrible attitude.
I ordered a sausage ,egg, cheese, biscuit and the staff there ask for my name and just put a letter so I never even knew about my food , 2 nd the food was just thrown in the bag the biscuit was not together with food egg off on side . When asked the staff about replacing my food she advised me this is how they do there food if this particular Starbucks can't handle there staffs customers service especially when I work there 5 to 6 days a week and spend my money they need to just close down and let the one in Macy's run .
Staff spends too much time talking between each other and thru the back recessed wall with Macys employees. The customers are piling up in a line and the service is extremely slow. They give me two lattes but I only ordered one. The my said printer print it twice. Bad management.Food: 2/5

I absolutely LOVE coming to this location now. I used to avoid this kiosk due to the extremely long line and sometimes short tempered staff, but with their new staff I am in absolute love. They give you smiles and go out of the way to make sure you feel welcomed. Lauren is a beam of sunshine and Andre always serves a drink with a smile. Whitney always makes sure you’re taken care of and Emerald constantly makes my blended drinks with perfection. I love this crew!
there’s mold in the milks, roaches in the back, and managers & staff is very rude. I work in the mall and I’ll never return back to this location after the stuff I was told about. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY! unless you want to be sick. Also they are ALWAYS late opening up the store, mobile orders take forever, and I’ve noticed they’ll have one barista most of the time. This location make lenox mall look trashy and i’ll never let me nor my employees waste their money here again. The manager also has been in a sexual relationship with one of my employees & is very vocal about it. if I could put 0 stars I would and I really hope this message get to the higher ups.
