Terrible service. The person behind the counter and the barista were extremely slow and unresponsive. First we got a cold coffee. And then we waited indefinitely on our other coffee.
Very rude and don’t open on time. Spent a lot of money on a mobile order to not even receive a single item. Definitely needs to change immediately.
Prices are okay... The food is great, not really big on coffee but I get it every now and then. The baristas aren't friendly at all, the one's on the morning shift are very rude and antisocial! The only reason I even come back is because the location is convenient for me being how they are just about the only shop open so early in the morning. If the morning shift baristas were more friendly on a customer service level than I would rate this Starbucks 5 starts. But until then you guys only one !
This is hands down the worst Starbucks in the history of Starbucks. They never open on time. They're always understaffed and rude. Ever since they have reopened the service and the drinks have just been terrible. Management definitely needs to step and and get a new staff.

I ordered online and was told it would be ready in 4 minutes When I've reached The stand there was two guys working there one guy was making coffee while the other stood near the oven holding a conversation with a friend on the other side. He constantly checked his phone but totally ignored the customers in line. It took over 15 mim past my mobile order b4 he would ask me what I was waiting for. Turns out the other guy had my order slip in his hand the entire time. Both guys were scratching the heads and one was scratching his beard and never washed there hand. I'm done!
I'm surprised to see the one star reviews here; I've had nothing but positive experiences at this location. Jessica, Brandon, Kay, and other employees are very helpful, accommodating, and fast when making beverages for me and my team. They learned our daily orders quickly and are friendly and sociable each morning, which is helpful before I've had my morning coffee!
Walked up to order and two guy workers are just staring and me and before I can ask if they’re open they say mobile only, nothing else. Hm, ok. I order on the app, only one waiting there. 10 mins pass by. A lady dressed nice and professionally walks up and says are you open? They nicely respond yes and it’s on the house what would you like, give her a drink. Still waiting on mine. Took 15 mins total to get my drink. Personally believe it’s because I was wearing sweats and t-shirt and everyone else is mainly dressed very nice considering it’s a high end mall but still doesn’t mean it’s ok to treat others differently/serve them different.
This place is the single worst Starbucks location I have ever been to. Not sure how they've ever gotten a good review. They move like sloths taking almost 30 minutes to get a black drip coffee, don't acknowledge you when you approach the cash wrap for a LONG periods of time, and constantly mess up orders. One time it took them so long to acknowledge me I was the only customer there that I felt the need to ask if they were open yet.
Tracy deserves a raise! She is very hard working and always makes sure to deliver a phenomenal customer experience! I drive past 3 different Starbucks to come here because of her!
