Starbucks

I came to this location the day before and the drink was different. I decided with all the differences in one drink from statbucks to #Starbucks. I would start to review and show photos. The day before the drink was perfect this was the next day. Where's the coffee? It was all oatmilk. No wonder they keep running out! Sigh

New parking lot layout taking some getting used to. Workers at this location are so friendly though. They are usually fast and consistently do a good job. Would recommend this location.

Placed a mobile order, and was told at the drive thru "oh we only got that a few minutes ago we usually need about 10 minutes for a mobile order" with an attitude that does not reflect paying nearly $8 for a beverage. then was told to park after finally reaching the window. then had to wait an additional 5 minutes. What's the point of mobile ordering then if not to make the experience faster than the regular drive thru? I usually get passable not great but decent service from this location, but to basically be told that they didn't want my money for an overpriced drink was really frustrating.

This is the Starbucks I stop by every morning on my way to work. It’s newly renovated. The staff is always happy to see me and call me by name when I walk up. It always makes for a great start of the day.

Got an unnecessary and terrible remodel that now has traffic and cars out into the street. Never had an issue with this Starbucks before the placement of their menu and redesign of their line….

This is the slowest Starbucks in OKC. They mess up orders often and even when there's only a car or two in line it always takes a really long time. Not sure why.

My favorite starbucks! the baristas are always extremely kind, and everything i get is always good. going there makes my day 10x better :

An 8 oclock close time does not mean 7:25. You should not be chasing people away 35 minutes early.
