I placed a mobile order for a breakfast sandwich and shaken espresso. When I arrived the drive through line was pretty empty so I picked up my mobile order. As I drove away, I parked to reply to emails while waiting for my sandwich to cool down. After about 5 minutes or so I went to eat my sandwich and it was the wrong one. The exterior label on the bag was correct. I went back in. The music was so loud in there. To went to the mobile pickup area and the girl ignored me. I finally said "excuse me" and let her know my order was incorrect. She told the person on the food station. She never apologized for the mistake. Overall, not the best Starbucks.
This is my first time ordering a drink at Starbucks and when I got my drink it was a little off, but one of the Employees named Jazz, quickly fixed the error in a very quick and professional way, making the whole experience a lot more enjoyable.
I went in on 1.12.2021 at around 11am and was super tired. I ordered my drinks in a tired and hardly inteligible manner and not only did the cashier have patience with me, Megan ??? I hope that's her name, she made my drink and asked about the extra cream.. caramel... haha! was a superstar with her amazing attitude. She was lively, friendly and the drink was great! I was tired when walking in but was energized before even drinking my mocha. It was a great experience!
Just wanted to give a great big shout out to Oliver at this location. He is always smiling, enthusiastic and very friendly. He makes our Sundays awesome… thank you Ollie.
Dawn has arrived the sun beckons us to explore the world, but not before I grab morning coffee. Was unable to find my favorite pour over French Roast, but lucky enough to at least have a dark brew available with Cafe Verona. The service wad amazing and was still offered a pour over just not in my flavor. If you need to wake up this store will offer you a nice greeting to the morning, a friendly smile, and steaming hot coffee. Thank you
This is the the worst Starbucks in the nation!!! Everyone is rude, transparent that they do not like their jobs. You even have management behaving the same way. I've tried several times thinking maybe everyone yes, they all behave the same, like robots was having a bad day that day, but EVERYDAY?!?! Starbucks is a good company to work for, but these people must really hate it there. The level of service is at zero. You come in and no on greets you, and you stand at the register waiting forever for someone to take your order and they don't even acknowledge you. As if you're invisible. I can give this store 1 star because I'm being forced to so I can post this review. I'll be reaching out to cooperate and won't be coming here ever again.
staff are very nice - I have a few customizations to my drink that I like and they are very kind about it. When the line gets long it blocks the parking lot and road though - not their fault but is awful
Clean Location.. great place to come work because the music is not extremely loud like some other locations I've been into. This locations is centralized with other businesses and close to the highway if you're trying to get from one end of the city to another ...
Staff couldn't be bothered. I ordered a hot chocolate and asked where I might plug in. Apparently this was bothering the staff. One employee actually replied, "Be grateful. Not all Starbucks have plugs." Name One. A fix for lazy and deflective customer service. See the pic. Now Hiring. Yes they are.
Tried calling your store like 7-8 times and no answer. What kind of restaurant doesn't answer their phone for a concerned customer? Terrible service.
