Today I was disappointed coming to this location getting my coffee latte. Customer service wasn’t bad, unfortunately I saw with my own inside bakery a lot of insects. This is unacceptable environment for Starbucks standards. The management has to do something about this. I have attached an image below. What even amazing was how they are comfortable taking order while insects flying inside the bakery, SAD! I feel sorry for those who order their orders with drive thru.Thank you!

I enjoy going to Starbucks to get my usual order. This location is conveniently located near my home. However, the service here is very slow, especially for the drive-thru. I hope the speed of service will be improved in the future, but I wanted to mention that the customer service is usually very friendly here. I greatly appreciate friendly & professional customer service as it makes you feel valued as a customer. I want to give a special shout out to RAHMA! Although the lines were long during closing, she had great customer service. Keep being great! It truly makes a difference.
I waiting in like for almost 30 minutes. Thinking to myself my coffee will be worth it. I understand they busy . No problem. Then I get my 2 coffees one for my sister and one for me both of them were not good at all didn’t not taste like coffee … and my kid drink was just like milk with water .. I was so upset really wanted to returns my drinks .. but I was not going to drive back. I try this locations a couple times definitely will avoid it .
I am very empathetic towards food service workers but every time I come to this Starbucks I regret it. I work nearby so naturally it makes sense for me to order my drinks here, but it has made me late for work so so many times. wait times on the app are 9-12 minutes? expect at least 20. entire cafe filled with people waiting. have literally been in their cafe waiting for a mobile order before when they announced to the line that they were holding over an hour on drinks. it’s actually insane. do not come here if you want to get anything else done that day
This has got to be the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I go to this location about 3 days a week and it has been a disappointment every single time. I have sat in the drive through line for more than an hour before, but today I sat in line for 50 minutes with only 8 cars in front of me. Today was the last straw for me and I won’t be back. They open the back door constantly while people are waiting in line and there is always trash on the floor at least waist high. If I do go back to this location it will be to take pictures to send to the health department. I have worked in service industry for 10 years and the way this Starbucks operates directly correlates to poor managment. While waiting in line I saw at least 10 cars get in line and pull away because they were tired of waiting. I wonder how much business this place will lose until they try to fix it.
Staff is usually happy to help and happy to give me pup cups when I do ask. : I appreciate the excitement they share with me when the dogs are in the car/drive thru. My custom drink order never fails. They mail it.
The three gals working this morning were so sweet! I saw someone on Instagram made a Cupid Frap: White mocha cream with strawberry and raspberry inclusions. Unfortunately this location didn’t have the raspberry inclusions so the one gal helping me suggested the syrup instead. I grabbed the drink and pulled up into a nearby spot. I was a tad worried since the beverage wasn’t pink. I went in and asked if there was supposed to be a drizzle of red somewhere and the gal said another worker would remake it. I was handed a beverage that looked exactly the same and was confused. That’s when the gals mentioned the raspberry was clear. Insert face palm here. I had no idea and they kept wanting to take the blame. I felt Terrible! I had to beg for a minute to please let me buy the drink and they kept saying they messed up and it was okay. Finally one gal reluctantly rang me up for a discounted beverage. Did I mention I felt Terrible? I felt so bad that they kept trying to take the blame — just shows their understanding nature and what I’m guessing Many years of costumer service. Again, such sweet gals working there!
Walked in to grab coffee. Was the only patron inside. Barista who complains about my drink. No big deal everyone has a different preference. I watched as my latte was made and she let it sit on the counter for 3 minutes. As I’m looking at my finished latte she sneezes over my coffee and proceeds to put the lid on. Places it away from the waiting table until a different barista hands me my drink after a few more minutes. No urgency and no care.
Not a good location. So so soooo slowwwww. Staff is nice, but not especially nice, as at almost every other sbux location. Also, they made my drink a little off, and the Ethos water they gave me was yellow. Unfortunately, I had pulled away before realizing how gross it looked and due to the aforementioned speed of service issue, I decided not to return. I really hope they can get their act together, because they used to be better here.
