State Farm: Ryan Nichols

This office has a very helpful staff! I live 3 hours away and still call them for things I need. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for an agent!

Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. They have always helped me with any problems or questions I've had. They make you feel like they actually care about you. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone!

State Farm is over priced it was no value for what I was paying with them. I contacted Ryan and his staff and they didn't make an attempt to retain my business. That was truly okay with me; I switched companies and inquired through email since I cancelled my policy with them three days into the month about my refund since the had taken it from my bank account. No one could provide me with the amount I am to be refunded only I have to wait and receive it in the mail. That is by far poor customer service. State Farm as a company along with this Agent does not strive on making it easy for their customers. If they don't have the information they should be able to obtain the information and follow up with their customer. Poor customer service and I wouldn't recommend this agency or State Farm to anyone.

Great experience from the reception staff to the agent. Very nice and courteous .. was able to see an agent Brian Walton immediately .. was very comfortable with him , he asked me what I was wanting to check on .. he was able to answer my questions and checked rates and was able to accomplish quite a bit of savings. We were able to handle changing from previous carrier to State Farm and talk to Mortgage Co about escrows and get all changed over in about 30 minutes which was very satisfying and surprising to me. I have already recommended someone to Brian and will others in future. Congratulations on having a very courteous and competent staff.

Bryan Walton is a great guy to work with. I recently bought my first home and he made this process as simple as he could for me with a cheaper rate than others. I was so impressed that I added three vehicles on the policy as well. Ryan Nichols State Farm is a great choice for your insurance needs. You can trust that they will protect what you work hard for.
