Wyatt Insurance Services, Inc.

Wyatt Insurance has provided our companies health auto and liability insurance for the last 4 years. Their service is incredible and I have complete trust in their recommendations. I know they are always looking out for my interest and not their pocket book. I have had other companies quote us at renewal and Wyatt is still very competitive and I know the quality of service they will continue to provide.

I have known Ashley Wyatt for 20 (+/-) years, thus I can truthfully say that of all the people that I have dealt with over the years, he truly is a man of his word and will exhaust himself in the pursuit of obtaining you the most coverage for the least amount of money. I met Ashley at a sales/owners of businesses and of services. The primary rule was that only one type of business could be a member at one time. I sold telephone and voicemail systems to businesses, therefore no one else could be a member unless I left the group. The main thing that we did was to pass "leads" on to each other. For example, if I should be visiting a client and they mentioned that they and/or someone else was in need of a dentist, I would open my briefcase containing the business cards of the members of the group and pull out (pun intended) the card for the dentist in our group and recommend that the owner and/or other person to go visit the dentist. At our next meeting, I would give the dentist a (or more, one for every person that I recommended him to) lead slip with the person(s) name written on the card so if and/or when they called him, he would be aware of how they came to call him. Some member brought Ashley to the meeting as we did not have an insurance company representative in the group. After we voted to accept him for membership, I gave Ashley myself as a lead because I had the same insurance since age 16 and the only communication that I received from them was the yearly bill for my insurance. The next week, Ashley gave me a piece of paper that listed the disparate costs between Erie Insurance and my current carrier in columnar form. I was blown away by the savings that I and my wife would realize by switching to Erie. The next week at our meeting, I signed the necessary paperwork and gave him directions to where my wife worked to obtain her signature. Since then, we have never looked back. To this day I still recommend Ashley and Erie Insurance to anyone who says that they are shopping for insurance. I am disabled and only venture out to see one of my 13 doctors or go to physical therapy. But, I am quite active on Facebook and I am perfectly content in recommending Wyatt Insurance. Ashley has performed a very smart managerial trick. He has surrounded himself with a very competent, wise, and hard-working staff and he just supervises their work. Believe me when I tell you that if you should call them with a question that they do not have the answer to, they will investigate the matter until they get an answer for you. Five stars is not enough for everyone at Wyatt Insurance and the work that they will do for you, the policyholder.

Kendal Wells with Wyatt Insurance Services, goes above and beyond. He was extremely professional and helpful all through the initial process to getting my family covered for health insurance. Today I had a Doctor's appointment without an new insurance card. Kendal went above and beyond what was necessary in this situation and called my doctor to explain situation and make sure that my visit would be covered. Everyone I have dealt with at Wyatt could be described this way. They truly care for their I will turn to them for all my insurance needs.
