Horrible office! The blonde receptionist treats you like dirt, she’s very rude even on the phone and then you sit there for hours only to get no answers. Don’t waste your time.

Receptionist always makes you feel like its a problem for you to be there. She talks to you like you are beneath her and is very very unprofessional. I know people who will not even go in this building to receive the help they need because of the receptionist.

Called to inform them the person who they sent a letter to does not live there - never had- and the receptionist was rude and condescending.
