Excellent service - friendly and fair. Today was routine maintenance, answered all my questions, had the car ready when they said it would be done, easy communication with the provider, and car was washed when done. They keep me coming back - great work.
The guys here are great. Treat you like family. Would not go anywhere else. They aren’t just about making money, they really want to help and they actually know what’s going on. Will not lie to you or try and upsell you. Make sure u come here for a second opinion before getting your car repaired you will be surprised. Toyotas can’t be in any better hands. I’ll drive 5 hours to bring my cars to get serviced only by true master technicians that know what they are doing. Thank you to the service Dept and Mr. James for always taking care of me and thank you to the parts Dept for always being there for us too
This is the first time I have been here. I used to go to bay ridge. Toyota island was far better, faster, and easier than bay ridge Toyota. Easy to go in and out. Bay ridge gave me anxiety. Too many customers and the cars were everywhere. Never going there again and now I’m conducting my business at Toyota island.Services: Wheel alignment

I had a maintenance service and full detail this week. They did a good job! They provided car service between home and the service center for free. So, I didn't have to wait there for hours. The front desk person Ilsi Ademi was very friendly and responded calls quickly. Will use their service again. : Annie LokService: General repairs & maintenance
BEWARE! RUNNING A SCAM AND STEALING MONEY FROM PEOPLE. 2019 Toyota CH-R 12/23/2022: Brought the car for water pump replacement under warranty. Included full service such as coolant flush, oil change, battery service, ect. 12/28/2022: Called me to pick up the car. Got the car and realized that the climate controls are not working everything was working when we brought the car in Brought the car back, they did FULL diagnostic to find the issue. Told me it will be $1200 to fix it. Report says "Needs new amplyfier" Asked them to repair the issue with no charge since the problem occured while the car was in the shop. Response was: "You dont have the proof the problem wasnt there before you brought thd car in" 12/29/2022: Spoke to manager, his response was basically the same. After all of this I went to my mechanic in Brooklyn, it took him 30 minutes and 0 dollars to fix the problem. He just did a reset by removing the terminal from the battery and the climate control started working. No matter what problem you have on your car, do yourself a favor and choose a different repair shop.Services: Electrical repair
Would give zero stars if I could. They try to upsell you services you don't need. They would not honor warranty unless you pay for their recommended services, although toyota maintenance manual clearly says that those are not required to avail the warranty.
ZERO STARS! The car was brought to this service to check my car but I left with 2 more problems. When I tried to talk to the manager, he just told me to walk out. Shame on such services that everything they can do is just stole your money.
Don't waste your time. Went in for a simple oil change can't even do that right. Tried to talk to the service adviser about what I want done to my brand new 2021 legacy that I just bought from island Subaru. Instead listening to my concerns and questions they pushed me off and said we will call you before they touch the car, I tired to ask another question stated again we will call before we touch your car I tired to say one more thing and again they say we will call you before we touch your car. Well 2 hours later they call and say your car is finished and ready to be picked up. And started listing all the things they did to it with out my approval. "We did an oil change we top off you fluids and we wash your car." 1. I have no idea what oil they put into my car or even if the right one nor do I get a say what oil to put into the car. I doubt they used Subaru oil, probably an extra charge which I don't mind paying. But I'll never know. 2 my car is ceramic coated and requires a special washing process minimize swirl marks on the car and it is black car so it shows up very easily. Didn't get a chance to tell them not to wash is because again they stated they will call before they touch it. Went picked up they car didn't even bother to address the problem because I knew I would never be back there. Well what sealed my concerns is when I popped the hood and I find a puddle of oil sitting where my filter is as you can see from the photo. I figured it was the old oil from how dirty it is but I would still have to clean and check it for the next couple of days to make sure my BRAND NEW CAR oil change was done properly and not leaking oil. Well I learned my lesson and I will never go back. They only reason I went because I bought a packed with them for oil changes but rather eat that cost then to use them anymore.
Don't go to this service center, they're gonna perform/charge you for additional services without notice. Besides that, they can’t even get simplest job done, was there replacing a flat tire, and they couldn’t perform tire balancing that I had to do it somewhere else, sign….
