Ever wondered what happens when folks from Oregon, Austin, and the far reaches of West Texas converge in DC to celebrate a college graduate? Well, we found out at Station 4! Our server deserves a medal for bravery—managing our merry band wasn't for the faint of heart. Despite a minor menu mishap, he saved the day by swiftly correcting the order! The food? Let's just say it was so good, we didn't even pause to snap many pictures. We really enjoyed the food very much, and the martinis were the life of the party. . The only recommended item to add, is a menu for the kids. We're definitely coming back, but next time, we'll keep the guest list a bit more manageable. Thank you to Station 4 for making our celebration deliciously unforgettable.
Great location, one min walk from waterfront metro. Fantastic food. Fresh alive fish. Outstanding service. Big shout to my server MK. I’ll definitely come backFood: 5/5
We enjoyed celebrating my husband’s birthday here. The food was good with great service and a nice atmosphere.Food: 4/5
The food was incredible! It tasted well & was a great portion size. The bottomless mimosas were served in a big wine glass and she gave us refills as she seen our glasses were getting low. But my sister wasn’t drinking much of hers so it was just topping off for her. Which I felt was a little restrictive when we’re paying for bottomless mimosas. Im used to having a pitcher of mimosas and being able to serve ourselves freely, being given refilled pitchers after we emptied them. Our waitress was swamped it seemed. I let her know that we were celebrating a birthday, expecting a dessert, however the birthday woman was given a shot of vodka that we didn’t ask for and never told her that we drank. Most would appreciate it however vodka specifically makes the birthday woman vomit. All in all, I give this experience a 4 out of 5.
Station 4 in DC is a gem! The ambiance is welcoming, the food is delicious, and the service is top-notch. Highly recommend for a great dining experience.Food: 5/5
I wanted to have dinner somewhere close by to the Arena Stage, where I was going to see a show… And Station 4 was a perfect 4 mins walk away! But, the short walk might have been just about the only thing I appreciated from this experience. From the minute I walked into the restaurant, the hostess was really unfriendly, and spent the entire time on her cellphone. Our waiter was really nice, but also very overwhelmed covering several large tables with little help. The food was okay. Nothing really stood out to me, and for the price point, I expected much much better. The leather seats my cousin and I were seated at was torn, and that took from what would have otherwise been a pretty venue. If there was an option for 1/2 stars, I would have given this 2.5… But better to round up than down I guess?!? ‍
Honestly this is one of the best brunch locations I have ever been to. The food was so delicious, the mimosas were strong yet perfectly balanced. The service was great. Only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is that there are only two bathrooms available and that little area wasn't up to par. They could keep it stocked and a little cleaner. Overall a place you definitely want to visit.
I would like to address a concerning experience at Station 4 restaurant in Southwest DC, where I had a reservation for my birthday. While the atmosphere of the restaurant is pleasant, my visit was marred by a significant hygiene issue. During the meal, my cousin opened his utensils only to find roaches crawling out of the folded napkin. This was incredibly disturbing and caused discomfort for everyone at the table. It was quite embarrassing, especially as I had chosen the venue for the occasion. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, he mentioned that the roaches might have come through the dishwasher, which indicates the staff was aware of this problem. As compensation, we were offered free drinks, but unfortunately, this did not rectify the experience. I hope management takes this issue seriously and addresses the hygiene concerns to prevent future occurrences.
I had fish taco and it was flavorless, overall vibe of the place is decent. They forcefully put 20% gratuity for a party of 4. I won’t be coming back.Food: 2/5
Nice little vibe, typical brunch spot in the city. I got the chicken and waffles. The waffle was a bit dry and I got a bite of batter on the chicken. The potatoes were so good! My daughter got the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich with potatoes. She was stuffed!!! The server Jasmine was so sweet and on point. Definitely had a great Mommy & Daughter brunch.
