Steak Escape Brandon

Visited this location for the last time today. My fries were cold, so I asked for fresh fries. I was given hot fries and a container with the seasoning salt to put on myself. I leave only to get back to work with a grand escape thrown together like someone was mad while making it. They didn’t even care enough to put sliced tomatoes on my sandwich. I had two wedged tomatoes, and large chunks of bell peppers. The sandwich was soggy and the bread was cold and chewy. I couldn’t eat it because I was disgusted. My sweet ya was good.

Went for a quick dinner. I always order the bourbon and bacon and loaded fries. I eat the fries first and then the sandwich. My sandwich was not right. They gave me the grand escape. Do not recommend that sandwich. Very disappointed.

Omg this place was absolutely disgusting! I have pictures of the tables that were not cleaned properly, the floors were filthy, and the walls had splattered food on them. It took us over 30 minutes to get 2 sandwiches!! Once we got our sandwiches they were all bread and mayonnaise!! I pray the owner/manager reaches out to me for this review because the pictures I took of this experience is unacceptable! My family owns a very successful restaurant for over 30years and this place was by far the most unsanitary place I have been!!!

This is an awesome sandwich shop to eat at. I got the Grand Escape on the menu and it was so amazing. It was fresh and well served, although there was a wait for the order. I waited around 20 minutes but it was worth it. The food wasn't too hot or cold. The temperature of the food was perfect. The overall environment is great. Steak Escape in Brandon was kept up and clean. You can order from inside or from the drive-thru. Keep in mind, the prices are quite moderate than other sandwich shops. It is a little more expensive than others. You would probably spend between $25 to $50, depending on the quantity of the order and the item on the menu. The employees are communicative and are so nice. I recommend this sandwich chain.

first of all $17.84 for 1 person to eat lunch. then add in the wrong drink, then a cup full of co2, then had to ask for my sandwich, then ask for my fries, only to get back to work with a sandwich on stale bread, burnt meat and no mayo or lettuce or tomato. i hope they enjoy my money, that's the last they will see of it.

Very DIRTY! Food was unappetizing - fries were tiny pieces that smelled like they were cooked in old oil and my sandwich was soggy. After seeing the filth in the dining area, I lost my appetite thinking about how nasty the cooking area must be so I threw my food away and left. The employees were standing around shooting the breeze there were no other customers to wait on and not one of them made an attempt to start cleaning any of the filth you see in these pictures. I don't know who owns this establishment but they need to get there soon and make some changes!!

Pretty good eating establishment. The triple cheesesteak was good and my wife got one of the healthy bowls and it was even better. Friendly folks but the food was great. I guess a downside would have to be the restrooms, they were in very bad condition. Also, I’m a stickler for first presentations and the parking lot was littered with debris and seemed to be unkept. Food was good though.

A small serving on a regular bun. They were out of fries and the staff were rude. The Flowood location is so much nicer, not sure why The Brandon one is dumpy.

Had never been to one before, I asked for just onion, and got just meat and bacon on the sirloin sandwich. I think they skipped.the cheese also. Very salty, and not worth $12 IMO. Will try one more time go inside to find out how to order and try something else.

The food was hot and fresh! Omg I'm wanting some right now! I had the Philly cheese!!! Loaded!!!Food: 5/5
