Steak-N-Take

I ordered food from there recently. The Steak sandwich was absolutely amazing! Tender and juicy!I had to make two servings from it! I also had the Sticky Wings and fries which were really so good! Everything was hot and fresh, the fries were crispy! This place was recommended, I'll be going again soon! Kid-friendliness: They have a special menu for young people and kids who go to school in the area . Wheelchair accessibility: The door to the restaurant is wide and will not impede someone in a wheelchair accessing the restaurant.

The food is very delicious. I try the chicken steak and sticky shrimp with fries. . The owner delivered the food, he was polite and consideratebrought a cup with ice for my soda. Thank you Steak N Take.

The portion sizes were honorable in the past but now comers are being cut. The loaded crab fries were mostly white cheese sauce with a sprinkle of crab meat. This is not acceptable when charged $25 for a large seafood platter that is supposed to include loaded crab fries. Also, the food is drowned in salt. Salt should be paired with other spices - not the main event.

On the way to Liberty park stopped by Steak n Take and picked up 2 burgers WOW amazing Great taste fresh I was gonna order the shrimp and whitening but decided to get the burgers A must have when in jersey city They charge 50 cents per item topping but its way worth it.

my name is Chris Anderson. And I will b e Honest with you . most of the time when people order out seafood the food is over-salted and a little bit overcooked. This food was perfectly done, not overly season the crab fries were done well... And clean.. all the food was perfect the fish , the fries and shrimp ., I'd give them 5 stars but I haven't gone back...for dinnEr yet

My brother recommended to try out the wings here so I did ....... aaaaand OH EM GHEEEE wow! We had ordered the sticky wings and they were so so so good. TBH they are very close to being as good as the wings from Dallas BBQ, but didnt quite get there and the wings are average size. 4 stars because they didnt have any options for plain yellow rice only seafood rice. I got my hubby the steak sandwich and he immediately wanted another one because it was good but too small. He is also very picky about his wings and he devoured them and the fries another star down because i think their portions are waaaaay too small. I think they have decent pricing for this day and age. I will be ordering again for sure when Im craving for those wings, just made my own yellow rice to go with it.

The people are friendly and the food tasty. They have a nice seating area if you want to stay in and eat

Ordered 3 different plates to feel the place out, each was more disappointing than the next. Greasy, not tasty, either salty or no flavor, soggy- I could go on.. I should have listened to the reviews but I really want this place to succeed. 3 stars bc the food is very fairly priced, the people working were kind and the dessert was good. This place has been around for so long, I hope they take a serious step towards improvement. Wishing you the best, but probably wont try it again until I see better reviews.
