Story

MEET THE CHEF:

At a young age, Chef Jerico was surrounded by the taste and love of cooking from his family and eventually catered and worked in numerous different restaurants as a trade to support himself and his son Ace.

He went on to master his craft in the South, with the dream of moving back North with Ace and a renewed love of cooking. This dream led to years of fine tuning his culinary journey at different restaurants in the NY/NJ region while graduating top of his class at Jersey City's Culinary Institute at HCCC.

Chef Jerico then started a successful catering business, A.C.E Catering, that served different prepared meals and specials for his family and friends, each and every weekend. By popular demand, his country fried chicken wings with signature Roasted Garlic Parm and Sirancha Sauce became a local party favorite and its popularity grew throughout the Jersey City area, earning 5 out of 5 stars on Yelp.

Eventually, he stopped serving the weekly specials and focused on perfecting his wings and experimenting with different savory homemade sauces for the new chapter of his culinary journey, Ace's Wings.
