Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Simply, the worst Popeyes, I've ever been to. The food tastes terrible, not crispy, not flavorful, bland with just pepper flavor. The sweet tea tastes like just sugar with very little tea. Don't come here and expect the real Popeyes experience. I'd give them zero stars if I could.Food: 1/5

Went here for the first time, because I usually go to different places. Not a pleasant experience, chicken was super greasy, barely any meat on the chicken leg, and had stomach cramps and "the runs" for an hour. If you can avoid this place and go somewhere else.

I love Popeyes food but this branch stay away!! I placed an order at 6.30pm and it’s 8.20pm and all their response is “dunno, it’s already gone”!! Horrible People!! Close the damn branch!!

Even though I do like their Spicy Chicken Sandwich and fried chickens, their mobile ordering site is not user friendly resulting in incorrect orders. The mashed potato was so tiny and staff not friendly. The mobile order pickup window of the store near me is at a corner squeezed by the in-store order line. I had to snake through a long line of people to pick up my order.

It’s a good place in a good area. The food is fresh and hot always. The service is fast. I ordered a five piece tenders. Does that look like five to you ? I respect the customer service

Not my first time ordering from here but it will definitely be my last. I ordered blacken chicken strips, which I order often. They didn't have any ready as they have to be made when ordered. I had no problem with that. The first pic is what I initially received. There's little to no seasoning on them and when I bit in to it, it wasn't full cooked. I spoke to the manager about it and he went in the back to make a fresh order. The second picture is how they look correctly prepared. The 3rd picture is what I received . They caked so much batter on them they looked like burnt breaded tenders. And let's not talk about how they tasted. Not eating there again.

The place it’s busy but you get your good fast the only bad thing it’s that the inside place it’s not clean and it get really crowded and noisy. This it’s not a place to come and enjoy. It’s better to take to go. It’s almost winter and the heat it’s rally low. It’s cooler inside than outside

I pay for 3 pieces combo with mash potatoes and wait for 15 minutes, and I get 2 pieces and half mash potatoes

Was very good as usual. Wished they had a spicy option for the 5 piece promo but oh well.

My order was as wrong as it could be and the chicken pieces looked like the came from a pigeon. I ordered white meat, mild, but got dark meat spicy. I paid for 2 additional biscuits but I didn't get them. Its partly my fault, as I didn't check the order when I picked it up. When I did do it I was at home, already parked.
