So went through drive thru ordered 2 big mac meals. When I was finishing my fries this is what I found. This is why it's so important to wear gloves when handling food, especially with witch nails. There was a black nail that someone lostFood: 1/5

Service is terrible. Many times they leave the prepared orders on the side without calling your number. The orders are kinda just dumped there as work in progress so order number is also not entered as complete on the big screen nor in the app. I had to stand there for 10min until I decided to check with them. It’s really disrespectful. They handed me already cold fries and fried chicken nuggets without any explanations or apologies. When I checked with them why it happened they just looked away and left.

Hire American citizens please. This location has gone down in the last year. Waiting 20 minutes in drive through just to get to the speaker box. They seemed to have hired people that just came to this country, so they don't speak English or know how to count money. What is this country coming to??Food: 1/5

Make sure you check and count your food. I’m a frequent customer of this location and I have been missing food 6 out of 10 orders. Today they forgot to give us the 2 happy meals. Update - I came back 2 days later and they redid the two HM for free.

I went by at 3:20 am after a long night of work and the drive through employees told me they were closed. All signs say it’s 24 hours and the employees were inside. Please update the hours. I’m glad my impulse to eat late was stopped by unfriendly employees.
