Steak-Out

I order the Hamburger Steak Dinner during Lunch time and I receive 2 pieces of Hamburger Steak. A fresh large bake potato, roll and salad. You get a One tube of sour cream, 2 dressings of your choice , 1 butter and there steak sauce which is really good. I asked for onions to go in my salad and they did. Steak Out food I received was very good, hot and fresh. But more importantly, I want to say that the driver was so courteous, and professional, Plus, he didn’t get lost to my apartment like so many do and then my food ends up cold. He had a wonderful attitude and smile on his face. I was so glad to give him a GREAT TIP for his Amazing Service. Therefore, if you enjoy having good fresh, hot food with a quality service driver to deliver it, then STEAK OUT IS FOR YOU! Just look for yourself! My Picture says it All. Ummmmmmh Gooooood!

This is one of my favorite places to order take-out or delivery. Their steak tips are the best, cooked by Reginald, who is a culinary school graduate. He goes out of his way to make sure I’m happy. He is also one of the managers. When I go to pick up my order, the staff is very friendly and offers me a sweet tea on each visit. The rolls, loaded baked potatoes and salads are to die for. They, also, have a fast delivery service if I don’t feel like ordering take-out. This is the best place to eat on a Friday night! Spectrum is out in my neighborhood so I have no Wi-Fi and no cable TV. So I got in my car and went to Steak Out; and they made my night much better. My steak was cooked to perfection; and this sweet tea is a plus. So I’m sitting on my screen porch enjoying my supper and watching my neighborhood. If I could give more than five stars to this place I would!!

I haven't ate at a steakout in years, they had shut them all down in my area. My son was playing in a baseball tournament in that area over this past weekend and my mother in law and I looked up steak houses and this place popped up and i was so excited to find this because i loved this place back in the day. Don't get me wrong the food was awesome! I had to pick up because we was out of the the delivery area, which was no big deal at all, the guys inside were awesome even threw in a free bag of chips i wanted to add to my order, i had gotten the steak tips and my mother in law had gotten the ribeye... That was on a Thursday evening 6/9/2022 ...on Friday 6/10/2022 night, I got sick and ended up having to come home. My mother in law ended up sick and had to come home! Remind you we lived a little over 2 1/2 hrs away!!! My son didnt get to finish his baseball tournament due to us both having to come home! I believe we got food poisoning from this place cause it was only her and I that ate there and we were the only two sick.. Its was horrible and i never will experience that again!!!!!

I ordered an early mothers day lunch for my parents. The staff who answered the phone was nice and understanding. I live in Ohio my parents in Alabama and I was able to surprise them with lunch. They both enjoyed their meal and stated it was fresh, hot and delicious. Thank you!

I placed my order by phone and drove from Pelham AL to Homewood Al where I live to pickup my order. The service was great and the food was delicious. Great job. Keep up the good work. I will be back.

Order was made thru DoorDash who was quick to deliver. Order cooked and made at steak out was the worse meal I’ve had in a long time. Order was incorrect and steak was tasteless and well done when medium rare was ordered. Potato was dried out and not prepared as ordered. When I called to get 4.00 refunded because of potatoe I was told by steakout that I would have to call DoorDash and complain. DoorDash did not ruin my supper. Steakout did. Never again

I ordered a cheeseburger from here and it was cooked perfectly!! Great burgers and steak sauce.

I’ve eaten from Steak Out for many years. Myself and other employees at the Birmingham Zoo ordered often through the years. This time I was hungry and found everything except the salad and roll over done. The potato was so overdone and dry I could not cut it. No amount of butter or sour cream could save it. The steak was dry and overdone. There is usually some juice within the aluminum foil with the steak, not present this time. The delivery was good and I did tip. Cash transaction.

We’ve always had a good experience picking up food from here. Today was very different. Our order was very incorrect, food was barely warm wrapped in tin foil and my husband and I have both been ill since eating several hours ago with only one common thing, our dinner.
