When they took over the complex they cut my 24 hr access and raised my rent every year since. Been a customer through 3 different owners, but I'm afraid I've got to go somewhere else.

my husband and I are retired veteran household on a fixed income. Our pension comes between the 5th and 15th of the month which was made very clear when renting our unit amost 2 yrs ago. I don't know if you have new staff or what the deal is but the harassing phone calls that do absolutely NO GOOD other than piss me off had better go back to non existant or we are moving! especially since it was your idea to record this info to prevent the harrasemnt in the 1st place!! H02

Steel creek is run by someone who is in no hurry to do what is owed to you, the customer, but be behind even an hour and the big boss will lock you out of your belongings.bthey have had quite a bit of trouble with units being broken into through the ceiling from other units. I lost many sentimental antique, thank God, I paied the extra for insurance. That way, all I lost was the heart ache and anguish.

Even though the staff I originally felt with was great the company as a whole is terrible and I wouldn't recommend them. Due to financial problems I fell behind on my unit. With the late fees the amount to be paid jumped to double what it was originally suppose to be. They said they tried to contact me about the unit but never did even though I changed my address and phone number back when I started having money problems. Now my unit is up for action and its only been two months and that also added an additional 75 dollar fee. The belongings in the unit are not even worth what in have to pay to get them out. I never received notification about My unit going up for auction but they insist that they have tried calling me.....on my old number which I updated. I would recommend anyone who uses this place read the contract carefully because it seems its set up to have you fail in order for them to sell off your belongings or make sure you pay on time every time regardless of your financial situation because If you can't it will be worse when you have money available and still will not be able to afford it.

Highly recommend. Great prices, great management and convenient location right off of highway 2-35. Before finding StorageMart I called 4 or 5 other companies and I was shocked by how much better the pricing was here and how much more helpful and friendly the manager Wendy was. I saved around 30% - 40% on my monthly rate plus got the first month for $20. On top of that the manager threw in a brand new cylinder lock and key plus gave me the unit 2 weeks early! Very happy. Highly recommended. Considering taking out a 2nd unit there as I'm writing this review. Good luck! Hope this helps.
