Carol at Extra Space storage was extremely friendly on this very windy day. The unit I reserved online was ready and clean. The process was very easy and I would highly recommend this location if you are needing a storage unit. The place also smelled decent like fresh flowers which other storage locations I’ve looked at have smelled like stale smoke in the office.

Carol and Austin are both very helpful and friendly! I really enjoy walking into their office and knowing that I will be greeted with a smile and asked if I need help with anything. The facility is super clean and well taken care of. I definitely recommend renting from Extra Space Storage.

I worked with Austin, the guy with tha cheeks. He set me up without any fancy talk just facts, and had all my other options and concerns on a clipboard ready if I didn't like my first choice or seamed stuck in my decisions. I applaud his superb customer service and thank him for a wonderful storage unit that fits all my needs at a great price. Angela P.

Both of the employees that helped me out were incredibly nice, friendly, helpful, and knowledagble! Would recommend this storage unit because of the staff alone- but they also seem very safe and I will have no worries storing my stuff here. Lots of cameras and various security measures. Thank you!!
