This is probably the best storage facility in Wichita. The prices are great. The property manager is extremely friendly and amazing at her job. If you're needing to rent a storage space, this in the one to come to.

Great customer service. Ashley has phenomenal customer service skills and is the reason we chose here instead of uhaul storage. As long as Ashley is around I think this place will be ok!

Terrible customer service and attitude. My daughter emptied her storage unit in August, notified the company via their agent, Tonya Helm, verbally and via email. She was required to pay through September,  (which she did) but has continued receiving bills since. She has emailed and called numerous times to resolve the issue without success. They have now placed a lien on the contents of her storage unit  and will sell the contents. Oh wait! IT IS EMPTY! When I called in an attempt to resolve the situation,  Tonya Helm used inappropriate and sexist language and then hung up on me. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
My advice,    USE ANOTHER STORAGE COMPANY!
