Really good prices , really a hidden gem in the city for good affordable designer brands
Great shopping experience and quality clothing. Manager Liz at the Stephanie Street, Henderson NV location was a tremendous help and very knowledgeable about the clothes and styles. She was the best! I would recommend this SteinMart to everyone. Great customer service by Liz!
Cant give it 5 only because I don't buy anything. Just browsed through the store. My fame friend love the store after introduced her to Steinmart. Staff is very friendly. Those is clean bright and not over run with people. Higher end fashion at a reasonable price.
I love shopping at Stein Mart. This location has the best customer service. Great sales always. Store is pristine and easy to shop. Great place to shop for women's dresses.
Good prices on sale and nice people. Watch out for discounts up to 50% of the lowest price mark on the item. I just bought a $125 shoes for $33 and change
The biggest gripe I have is that they advertise less expensive prices and the average price of a dress is $100. They have beautiful clothes, but I'll go to Macy's if I'm going to pay that.
Very rude and disrespectful manager JANICE. It's a shame because the rest of the staff is very helpful and kind all the time After being loyal customers and spending thousands a year at their store i felt that we got treated poorly by this manager, as well as i saw with my own eyes how she made fun of a customer that went to the store three minutes after they had closed.
Look out everyone that has a gift card , you are out of luck using it. Steinmart is telling me to File a claim to the bankruptcy department. So they are able to keep all the money on the GIFT cards that are out there. Hmm. Shame on Steinmart!!!
Good customer service. Nice selection of items but the cashier forgot to take out the security tab....so I had to go all the way back to the store.
