T J Maxx

Very disappointed. I love TJ MAX. When traveling I stop in to check out what's new and always get a few things. This particular TJ MAX has to do something about their service. The store is stocked, clean and has friendly staff. But the manager needs staff hired or scheduled according to business. The lines are so long. It took longer to get through the payment process than to shop. Only having two registers open with lines wrapping around the aisles doesn't seem very good. Just my two cents.

I haven't been inside a retail store in over 4 years, but since I purchased a new home, My Realtor presented Me with a Gift Card. I managed to catch a Great Sale on some King Size Cooling Technology Sheet Sets.

Great selection of children's clothes. Good selection of women's summer shirts. The place was a madhouse though, couldn't believe the number of shoppers. The very long line moved swiftly. The cashier told me that it is always crazy busy on Saturdays.

Today even though they open at 9:30, they’re still not open - it’s 9:50 am and the employees are making us wait outside in the rain so they can finish an inventory count lol. Do not recommend this TJMaxx. There is always a huge line to check out and barely any cashiers working and everything is so crowded and the aisles are tiny and jam packed. The clearance aisle is atrocious and looks like a garbage pile. Very disappointed.

I just wanted a few items but the line was almost to the back of the store. I put everything back and walked out.

They have some really cute house stuff in there but the line was wrapped all the way to the back of the store!

Nice place, jewelry counter is amazing & inexpensive like; serling silver, gold plated, lots of designer items the girls there are very helpful, the girl at front Cashier forgot to give me my receipt & ran it outside to me. Great Customer Service

It's a treasure island and a box of chocolate all in one. You never know what you can find there. I never leave empty-handed. Love this store!

I love this location. I can always find nice items here and even though the lines can get long, it seems as though it doesn't take long to check out.
