Steven J did original diagnosis in June. August the compressor failed and Steve was here again, ordered parts for replacement. Arrived 3-hours early and completed the job in a couple hours. The technician was courteous, friendly and knowledgable. Repair was done in a very timely manner. What I did not like and the reason for my 3 star rating was because of the labor charge. I was charged $425.00 for a job that took 10 minutes to complete! Is this ridicules or what? I won't be using or recomnending them to anyone!Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

Our technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. I feel the costs of parts are way to high. But am very thankful for the tech who is fixing our treadmill.

Problem was ice maker was not producing much ice, and leaking. They replaced the ice maker, which is working better, however it is still leaking. I have a call into them to come back, but no one has returned my call. Reported to my Home Warranty Co.Service: Refrigerator repair

The repair of my washing machine went flawlessly. The scheduler was quick and courteous and a technician set up for the next day! Louis arrived on time, was extremely friendly and patient as he explained -- in detail -- what was wrong with the unit and what was needed to repair it. And all the needed parts were on the truck, thanks to the scheduler getting the needed information. Louis was quick and the extensive repair completed flawlessly. Thank goodness for the extended appliance warranty I purchased -- money well spent! I highly recommend these warranties for major appliances. Would I call upon Sears for other repair services whether I had a special warranty or not? You bet!
