Hi, I’m Stella Monko a certified personal trainer ready to help you achieve your fitness goals. I train clients one-on-one both in the gym and in the client’s home as well as organize and facilitate boot camps around Atlanta.
My priority as your one-on-one personal trainer is to train you using proven techniques that will help you meet your fitness goals, as well as design eating plans and workouts that allow you to make noticeable progress at a pace and degree of difficulty appropriate for your body type and fitness level.
