Dr. Glasser seems experienced and like he knows what he's talking about. Glasses selections are very expensive. I was surprised the extent of the price even after insurance. Office staffs are mixed. Some are great and helpful. Some complained and "Jesus!" me after I explained to them that i can't come in the middle of my office hours to pick up glasses.

I cannot overstate how amazing Dr. Glasser is! Saw him for the first time today. I'm not a fan of going to any Dr., but Dr. Glasser immediately put me at ease with his friendly demeanor and positive attitude. Most places like this you'd be hard pressed to find polite, kind people who don't give off the impression that you're bothering them when you check in or ask questions and who could care less about your health. Dr. Glasser took the time to explain things to me so that they made sense and didn't come across as being anxious to be done with me so he can get on to the next appointment. I feel like he really does care and wants to help. He even goes so far as to tell me to email or call him with issues or questions rather than just scheduling me for my next appointment and sending me on my way. Finally, after so many years of different eye doctors, I have found the unicorn..... a Dr. that cares!!

Can't praise Dr. Glasser and his office enough. Dr. Glasser is a great listener and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. Always quick getting in and out, and centrally located in downtown DC. Highly recommend!

This was my first experience going to an eye doctor and it exceeded all expectations! I didn't have to dilate my eyes so I could go back to my day afterward and the doctor took time to explain everything to me. The tests his office offered were very modern. I felt my specific concerns about computer use and blue light harm were addressed.

Always a great experience with Dr. Glasser and his staff!! Dr. Glasser is very knowledgeable, which is very assuring when you can’t quite always put into words what your problem is. The staff is kind and friendly. The office has great eyeglass selections. I definitely recommend Dr. Glasser and his staff!

The office staff was friendly, efficient, and very helpful. Dr. Glasser administered a thorough eye exam and he took the time to clearly explain his findings. My overall experience with Dr. Glasser was excellent and I highly recommend him.

Hands down best eye appointment EVER! I have been to several places for eye exams over the years and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. I went in and there was no wait time, I went straight to the back to start the appointment with the assistant. Immediately after I had the exam with Dr. Glasser, he was a pleasure. Patient, understanding, informative. I have always had trouble with double vision and several eye doctors have suggested glasses over the years but Dr. Glasser is the first doctor to explain to me why/how they would help. He was funny, warm, caring and very friendly. I also got an appointment very quickly with him. I can't say enough great things!

I've been coming here for over a decade and I always have a great experience. I live a two hour drive away and continue to make the trip every year. They have an excellent selection of frames and I'm very happy with the Hugo Boss and Ray-Ban frames I selected. The office manager has amazing taste.

This was my first eye appointment in 4 years. After dealing with eye related health issues which I was told weren’t fixable, Dr. Glasser reassured me that I can finally begin the road to recovery. The staff was very friendly & everyone was prompt. Very happy with the frame selection also!

Dr. Glasser and his staff are excellent! Service is quick and fun and there is a good selection of frames. You get your glasses in about a week. I worked with Kisha who offered me a selection of frames based on my face shape, coloring and preference that were perfect. I didn't have to try on every frame in the office and I got what I wanted. It was a great experience. Make Dr. Glasser your go-to eye guy!
