I love this Dental office! Dr.Johnson is so knowledgeable , gentle and so accommodating. The office staff is lovely and super sweet. I recommend anyone to come to this office if they are looking for over all amazing dental care & cosmetic work.

The entire process from start to finish with Dr Johnson was amazing! Beautiful building, waiting room and a warm welcome. It was my first time and I will now be using him as my primary dentist. The cleaning with Jessica was thorough and felt productive and my meeting with Dr Johnson felt like I was getting things done, unlike other dentists I’ve seen. I am very pleased with the experience I had!

I just switched to Dr. Johnson because my old dentist left my insurance network. And I'm delighted I did. Not that my old dentist was bad per se, but Dr. Johnson and his staff and general set-up are so much better! There was no wait at all. The front office staff were friendly and gave me the forms to fill out. I was a little early, and the dental hygienist Monica came to fetch me. She went through the x-rays and then did the cleaning in a very steady, reassuring, and skilled way. I know my teeth are a bit jagged, like rocks on a rough Maine coastline. But Monica was totally up to the challenge. She was calm and methodical, and did it perfectly. We went over my x-rays as well, with her explaining issues in a detailed and helpful manner. Then the doctor came in. He was very friendly and relaxed, discussing the issues with my teeth. No up-selling, no pressure. In fact I brought up a couple of issues where he could have easily up-sold some extra services like a slightly chipped tooth, but he just waved his hand and said, "Nah, it's okay, we can observe it for a few more months". By far the best dentist visit I've ever had.

I'm sure that Dr. Johnson is a perfectly good dentist, however there needs to be updates to his website on insurance and how to make an appointment. If they still took my insurance I would definitely have gone to Dr. Johnson as the staff is patient and he has good reviews. I have put 4 stars due to the process around making an appointment not being clear and lack of current information available on the website. There was poor communication from the office. I called 5 times over an hour and a half before 4:30pm and no one answered any of the times the office closes at 6pm. After leaving a voicemail no one got back to me until the next morning, to which they hung up on me--I didn't even hear someone speak after I said hello--and I had to call back. Upon calling I was informed that they no longer take my insurance--which is listed on their website as one they accept it's been over a month since they stopped taking it so this definitely should've been updated on their personal website at minimum. The receptionist had the patience of a saint but this is something that should be made clear on their website as you can select that insurance still. They also have an online "book appointment" option, which I had used and gotten a confirmation of appointment via email. The receptionist said that you need to call to make an appointment and they don't take bookings via the website. This functionality needs to be removed or at least have "call to make an appointment" written on the website.

I’ve been to a lot of dentists over the years and this is the best by far. They’re thorough, talented and make you feel comfortable throughout your time in the office. Highly recommend this practice to anyone in the area.

Both doctor's office and doctor were very efficient and made a very enjoyable experience overall. Forms were emailed to save time and appointment had calendar and couple of text reminders. Went with xray copies and consultation was finished in minutes and the rest was very smooth. Honest and pragmatic opinions. Remember, sometimes the best solutions is to keep things simple and not have so much work done. Thank you!

I have had such a positive experience since being seen at This office . The dentists are Very knowledgeable, caring and professional . I feel like I am in great hands , With a team approach. I appreciate the follow up calls, accommodations ,and I feel like my time here is valued with no wait time.

I love Dr. J! I've been going to him for years. My whole family goes to this practice. We've switched insurances and I'm sad we can't continue to use my favorite dentist!

I’ve made an appointment 3 times in the past month, the first 2 times I commuted to the office and no one was there after getting both text and email confirmations. My 3rd visit, which was scheduled over the phone with the receptionist, is for this afternoon - extremely inconvenient time for me, but I re-arranged my patient schedule to make it work. I just received communication that Dr. Johnson is leaving early today so the office is closing and won’t be open for my appointment. Seems like the health of my teeth and patients overall are not of importance to this office.
