Definitely need a new receptionist. From the moment I called she did not like being interrupted. And when I asked if they perform A certain type of case law she said "that's why it pays to double check " Which is exactly why I was calling in the 1st place.

I went to Steven Karen after being dropped by one lawyer and turned down by two others, all, I believe, deciding they wouldn't make enough money to take my case. Mr Karen did a wonderful job, didn't only talk to me for an interview but was available, friendly and worked very hard to settle my case for a good amount of money. I cannot recommend him too highly.

Useless EDIT: I spoke to your receptionist earlier and she was rude and not at all helpful. My job is demanding and I can’t be bothered to come down to your offices in person. Other law offices were kind enough to work with my needs and will be handling my case via phone and email. I was expecting a, “I’m sorry you weren’t satisfied, how can we help you better?” But clearly you’re showing your unprofessionalism once again by being condescending and not at all helpful. I hope your customers see this. Extremely bad customer service and no accountability as proven above.

I contacted Mr. Karen with an issue and he resolved it in a very timely manner with the favorable outcome that he had explained he thought would be. Was very pleased with his expertise and direct honesty.

Wonderful attorney had a bench warrant for over 3 months did not know because I was looking for my case under municipal Court instead of justice court went in around 3 pm and he got my bench warrant quashed by the next morning and even took care and got my ticket dismissed without having to show up to court myself all for a small one time fee saved me over $1000 in fines definitely reccomend Mr.Steven
