This location is amazing! This was my first experience with a storage unit and Kristina was super helpful in getting us set up. Sign up was easy and helpful that they have easy pay so I don't have to worry about missing a payment. The locker was clean and the perfect size for our needs. 100% recommend for anyone looking for a secure storage for downtown living.

I had a great walk in experience renting a unit and was able to get it done in about 15 minutes. Very efficient and helpful staff, had a great experience working with Christina. Would definitely recommend storing here to anyone in the Milwaukee area.

Since I never have used self-storage before, I decided to show up during office hours. I’m super glad I did. Kristina at the front desk was super helpful and walked me around to the available spaces, allowing me to see why the prices vary for lockers of the same size and answered all my other silly questions. A+ customer service.

Very secure storage units with nice gated entrance. There are a lot of cameras on the property. I give this storage a big thumbs up. If you want to keep your property kept in your storage, make sure you make your payments on time or your storage unit will be auctioned off or given away...

TL:DR. They increase rent 12% at month 5 and assuming at least annually thereafter. The space is good, set up process was fairly easy. I liked that there was one place you can move items in at ground level. Know that all those big "discount" prices are for one specific unit in the entire place so it's a bait and switch. You can only access unit between 6am and 10pm. I've been in unit 5 months and my rent arbitrarily went up 12%! I called and they said rent is increased at 5 months and then again next year unsure if it's only increased 1x per or more after that. I was told it's in the lease I signed. This increase was in no way even hinted at during inquiry or set up, which I did in-person. I'm an attorney and re-read the lease agreement. It nowhere says rent will be increased at 5 months and then annually thereafter. It says they can change terms with 15 days' notice. I have automatic payment set up and it's not even listed in previous month's statement. I had to search for email that said rent went up, with no details as far as percent or new price. This means they can increase the price at anytime, any month, by any amount. And they clearly do that. This goes against standard , reasonable knowledge. I believe that most people would assume rent stays same at least a year. Other storage facilities never increased rental price for the years I had a unit. In addition, if it is Storagemart's standard policy to increase rent at such a high rate at the 5 month term, that should be disclosed prior to signing. I believe omission of such a material change in terms is misleading and deceptive.

I had an extremely good time at this mart! I came in on very short notice due to an emergency situation and I was able to get a reasonably priced storage space within an extremely short period of time. The service was excellent, the pricing was fair. Great experience overall

I really appreciate this service. My life is such that a storage locker is helpful and StorageMart is constantly well staffed with friendly people, clean spaces, accessible units, and I feel my belongings are safe.
