I had my taxes done at Strategic Tax on February 1st and was made aware of my refund. Then I receive a notice from the IRS that owe money. They have yet to answer my call or return my call. They also done my parents tax return and it was also done incorrectly. I highly do not recommend.

They are a good company that puts th customer first !

They won't answer the phone and leave you not knowing how to pay taxes you owe. Paid them then they didn't help me.
