Stride Physical Therapy

I stumbled across Stride while I was in the area, and was looking to buy Theraband for at home exercises. I am so thankful I found them! I have recurring sports related injuries so finding a clinic that incorporates an active approach to rehabilitation was critical for me. Jonathan who leads the clinic is really knowledgeable, extremely professional, overall the whole team is really lovely and awesome to work with. Bonus is that the setup of the clinic is bright, open, and airy, and it's really accessible (very close to Union Square).

Jonathan Cohen and his team are stellar professionals who care passionately about achieving positive results for the patients. I have entrusted my own therapy to Stride on two occasions--and I have been rewarded with physical improvement as well as knowledge of my condition and advice for avoiding future injury. I know of no higher recommendation than referring a family member and knowing they are in the best possible hands for treatment.

I’ve had to come here for multiple issues and I can’t say enough about how kind the team is. Jonathan is thoughtful and listens to what is going on with your body. The space is clean, new, inviting and nice views... and they take my insurance (metro plus).

This team at Stride is amazing! Super intuitive and are able to perfectly tailor their therapy for the best results. My doctor and surgeon had both advised that PT wasnt going to work and that surgery was my only option. I even tried another PT facilty with no results. Stride was recommended to me by a friend and after a few months I feel almost 100%. I am no longer considering surgery. I feel great and am in better shape than i was before my injury.

John and the staff know what they are doing and on two occasions now have but me back in action after an injury. Highly recommend 👍
