I can't speak on behalf of Charles' experience, but I've received excellent care from Union Square Practice. My calls and e-mails are always returned within the half an hour and I never feel that I can't get a hold of my clinician even on weekends. I've been in therapy for over a decade, and these are the most talented clinicians I've worked with. They've helped me tremendously come to terms with a diagnosis and work on a successful treatment plan. I've been a patient for going on 4 years and I don't see myself leaving anytime soon. USP has a very unique approach to practicing that is very refreshing and extremely helpful. I'm grateful for all their help!

A great experience!  My therapist has helped me address my issues and be my best "me".   Strongly recommend for anyone looking for mental healthcare.

Bad customer service, feels like it's run by a bunch of college students. Takes them several days to respond to simple emails.
