Visiting from TX, my daughter had a minor medial issue come up on our last day. The staff at CityMD West 42nd was so nice and made a stressed out 15 year old feel at ease. The receptionist was soooo nice and friendly. We loved her!! Thank you for your great service.

I really like this clinic. Their walk-in/check-in process is very orderly and efficient. It's an easy process for new and returning patients.

This week I went to the CityMD in my neighborhood for a rapid covid test. Everyone I met was helpful, kind, and efficient. And within 30 minutes after I left, my results were in my email. It's not the first time they've been extremely valuable to me, my family and my neighbors. I'm grateful they're there.

Well-run and organized. Arrived at 7:35am for a COVID test, with about 7 people in front of me. Opened at 8:00am. Was allowed in at 8:20 and finished by 9:00 would have been sooner if I didn’t need a signed document. Staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. Recommended to colleagues already!
