Strong Tower Fitness - Strengthen The Faith CrossFit

By far the best gym I have ever been a part of. Everyone treats you like family from the first time you walk in. If you want to get in better shape and want to do it with friendly people by your side cheering you on, then Strong Tower Fitness is the place to go.

Have been to visit a couple times for the free starter classes and to check out the facilities. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Always quick to answer questions and identify what you should work on. Can't wait to have the time to start full time and get the full blast of this awesome training! Now with the new Quick-Fit class that takes 30 minutes it's easier to fit into a busy schedule! I wouldn't even consider any of the other "so-called" gyms in the area. They aren't there to better your life, they are there to provide a facility for you, Strong Tower is here for so much more! With all the standard Crossfit equipment available and certified trainers, my trust and recommendations go to Strong Tower Fitness.

If you were looking for a clean gym with knowledgeable trainers this is it. Here you will find motivation from other members and from your own success. Tate and Nicole both are very knowledgeable and teach you the Safe way to do CrossFit. When I leave here I am exhausted and ready to come back for more

I can't say enough good stuff about this Box. Truly blessed to have found this place and to have met the wonderful people there. Great family environment. Extremely clean. Wonderful atmosphere. Tate is a very knowledgeable coach with great coaching tips and directions. It really is a special place. Thank you Tate and Greg for being so cool and having a great place to come workout and meet new friends. You should both be very proud of your hard work you have done and continue to do to create such a great Box.

Love this place and the gains I've made in such a short time. I'm a runner and new to CrossFit. I was intimidated at first, but Tate does a great job at scaling the workouts and keeping it safe and doable. I love that the workouts are always different, never boring and has challenged me physically in a way that I haven't been before. Everyone is so positive and encouraging, and I've made some really great new friends. The atmosphere is so welcoming and I love that it's a faith based place, you walk away feeling blessed and refreshed. Thank you Tate and Greg for working so hard and providing such a cool and clean place to come in and get a great workout. -Misty Roberts
