The staff was friendly, and the choices were significant both in matte choices and frame choices. Tony particularly has a great eye for what looks good for your particular item - we've had multiple items of artwork framed, and all look fantastic. He also gave us recommendations for improving the photos when applicable to show off the light best. Recommended with no reservations.
