The service here was extremely awful.I was racially profiled. They act like they understand anything that I was saying and when I asked them to remake my ice cream it still was a very small amount. They didn’t provide me with an ice cream comb. As soon as I stepped in I wasn’t greeted. I didn’t feel welcomed at all. Do not recommend.Food: 1/5
Omg I ordered the pies apple pecan and strawberry to-go and this is what I received. When I complained before leaving they kinda act like they couldn’t understand me English that is. It was a lot frustrating so I left. I would love for the person in charge to reach out because that was greatly unacceptable. It would be greatly appreciated if I could get some type of compensation. I spent $38.94 for this!!
It was quite an experience seeing how they mix our ice cream flavors with the liquid nitrogen. I was quite excited seeing the live station. Very clean place and the staff were quite polite. The menu board was also quite easy to understand and it was a breeze choosing what I wanted unlike other places where you need a manual to read the menu and understand and order what you want. I went with a small order of the sensations chocolate. It was a good portion size and loved the taste. Will definitely visit here again if I am around here.
I absolutely love this place! I ordered the cookies and cream sensation which was possibly the best ice cream I’ve ever had! Also, the process of making the ice cream is very interesting. Firstly, they add a cup of milk inside a bowl. Then, they add the toppings for your ice cream. Finally, they put liquid nitrogen inside the bowl, which makes it turn into ice cream almost instantly. I really recommend going here!
I brought my son here while on vacation, and the staff was so wonderful. They explained how the process works of making the ice cream, and the manager or maybe he's the owner even came to show my son how liquid nitrogen works. It was a fun experience, and the ice cream was delicious!Food: 5/5
We were excited to try this but it was disappointing unfortunately. The cookie sundae we got was tiny, the cookie was burnt on the bottom and hard, and there was mostly whipped cream on it to make it look big for almost $12...the tiny bit of actual ice cream we got though was delicious! We just needed more of that and less filler.Food: 3/5
The ice cream was good. The cleanliness of the shop was not so great. The nitrogen burned through the cups and was way to cold to hold. We tried using napkins to hold the cups but it burned through and the napkins where frozen and painful. Super dangerous. But great experience, never again
Fun experience with reasonable prices! The small size is perfect and inexpensive and you get to see them mix your selections so try the nitrogen firsthand. Staff were friendly and the place was decently clean. Fun experience.Food: 4/5
Nice staff. Amazed at how they make the ice cream. Pricey but worth it.Food: 5/5
