Don’t believe the reviews, the reviews are that of the old owners of Suburban Hill Apartments, they now changed their name to 1840 and is under new management. The place is disgusting.

It’s been 3 months since I moved to this apartment.I love the staff, they listen to you and fix any problems you have.very quiet and peaceful place.

I just moved to this apt and love everything!!! Management is good, a lots of parking, maintenance is fast!
