The lady who helped us today was very slow. She was nice but the service was just too slow that customers end up leaving. She might need a bit more training on how to multitask and probably not a good idea for her to be left on her own especially on busy nights.
I go to this subway on Jones and Russell because the staff is awesome. Erin is a great addition to the team and is very friendly and has a great attitude. She takes pride in making her sandwiches look amazing. Good job Subway.
