This is fast food. I go regularly. I like this Jack because the service is always great. They are quick and kind. My food is always fresh and made correctly. It's basic fast food, but it's fresh. I'm a drive thru person and the worker in the window is usually super busy and pleasant. There is some parking and it's free. I have not been inside for a long time.
I met a magician in the parking lot. I found him on Craigslist so we agreed to meet in a public place. He was pretty terrible, I could see the little foam balls moving in between his hands. The only thing that made it better was those little greasy flat tacos. They forgot my barbecue sauce but it's okay, I forgive them. 5 out of 5 grapes, would do again.
The most worst service in the world. Especially when it comes to delivery horrible at that to, I had paid 38$ on a meal that I couldn’t get bc they told me I had to pick it up even tho I paid for a dasher. One time I actually went there and waited at the counter to be helped for 6min thinking if anyone was going to help me but they all just looked at me and helped other people… okay. Ik most people would have said smt but I’m 15 so I just walked away and went somewhere else.
Wow! I have been to MANY jack in the boxs’ mainly on the east side of las vegas and they do not compare to this one! I was in the area and decided to stop by for a quick bite and yes it was quick! No wait time to take my order in the drive thru and it was bagged and ready by the time i got to the window! Food was also hot and the veggies were fresh and not wilted! Thank you!
In my experience I liked the food and the quality with the restaurant. The workers there deserve a raise for their hard work. I highly recommend this place. Kid-friendliness: This place has kid-friendliness and is a good place to dine in. I highly recommend this place to get breakfast, dinner,brunch,eat. The food is fine and has no problem with anything. Their is no wrong thing with the fast-food place.
This is the time we need zero star, Google. Don’t mind with the money, coz not much lost; don’t mind for the time, coz was just drive by but 3.7 star reviews makes me to believe paid to review, no offense. Very disappointed when you fill empty hungry stomach with disgusting food as such. Looks like they boiled the meat. A picture worth a thousand words and you can see it yourself below.
Don't visit here after 1am. Staff of 3 can't get 1 order right. I been sitting outside waiting for my fries and the Latoya and Karen if that's there real names couldn't get it right. They brought me part of my order with someone else order which made my kids very happy cause that ended up being breakfast but the dinner I wanted never happen. I will be calling the restaurant to speak with a manger cause getting off work at 130am they are the only Jack N The Box open near my house. During graveyard we need reliable people that know how to make the orders and make the correct food
I went through the drive thru and the young man working it was rude. He never said a word to me and seemed impatient. There wasn't napkins in my bag and the food was thrown in haphazard into the bag. At least the food tasted good.
the new manager Anna is the best I have seen at this store in a long time. I had left 1 star for a prior manager, but Anna has turned this store around so great it's like night and day.. she has her store and team running so well, and they are all so happy and kind. I say give them a million stars Anna, Chris, Jonathan and Maria they all deserve a raise, bonus and vacation for improving this store so much, Jack inbox would be very wise to keep them happy and not let them go! give them all 1 million stars for such great service and product that was so tasty and great I will be back very soon!
What is wrong with your night shift.. I had to repeatedly, repeat my order over n over again. Ordered a dble jack meal....plain cheeseburger...screen was correct.. drove off and just like before, I drive halfway home just to notice they added lettuce and it's not PLAIN. Tired of this place!
