I did an online order last evening. According to the App, my order was ready. I drove to the restaurant, went inside, told one of the workers that I had an online order. She asked my name, I told her, and also said that according to the app, my order was ready. She got a bit huffy and said she didn't care what the app said. My order was not even started yet. I also ordered in a Friday, Fridays are buy 2 foot longs, get 1 free. I ordered 3 foot longs and none were free. A very frustrated customer that used to eat there nearly weekly. I won't be back for quite awile Parking: It is very difficult to get to the drive thru it rear parking lot. The reason for the difficulty is not Subway's fault. There is a little Caesars next to the drive thru. Costumers of little Caesars will block the drive thru
Service was the only thing I appreciated about this last minute idea.. I sat there in the drive-thru for about 30-40 minutes, wasted gas and time, just to order 2 simple sammiches, and a Arnold Palmer.. Dude was really sweet and funny about it though.. I left feeling violated, but happy they double toasted my bread just right!!Food: 2/5

Good is always fresh and the young ladies that work there are friendly the owner is awesome and he buys books for the kids to take one home with the hem for free, that's great! Good sandwiches!!
Out of all the times I visited had great service but one time the bread was hard on the ends, and no napkins in the bag.Food: 4/5

Low rating bc they will not answer phone. I door dashed and there is no option to ask for a side of sauce, olives anything on the app. I can’t even contact my dasher to let them know to get me a side of sauce so I decided to phone subway twice. I understand they may be busy but however somebody can answer the phone. It’s your customers calling whether good or bad it’s a business.
