I was appalled at the way employee Rosa treated a young woman in the store. I don’t know if Rosa knows her personally, or whatever the situation was. All I know is that Rosa’s attitude was abrasive from the minute I walked into the store, and her demeanor was mocking. I went up to her after she misrepresented what Subway stood for and quietly let her know that her attitude was dismissive and disappointing, as a typical regular customer of Subway. She proceeded to tell me that I didn’t understand, and began calling the police. Fast forward five minutes: Rosa is talking apparently to no one about the situation, complaining about how she deals with ungrateful people all day and should be cut a break for having an attitude, how is she not supposed to have an attitude when she deals with things like that. She then loudly proclaims that whatever this young woman has done in the restroom is disgusting, continues to repeat herself, it’s nasty, gross, disgusting, foul. I’m horrified that this woman is serving food, with the nasty mouth and acrid attitude she has. 0/10 would recommend to friends, 0/10 will come again. The Male manager on shift handled things extremely well and leveled, but knowing that Rosa is here will definitely keep myself and my lunch crew away.
Awesome subway location! They must be used to dealing with big rushes of people, I never have a long ordering experience. Also I saw some random dude do a btwist and then casually walk away. Life changing experiences at this location. Would recommend
The day shift people who made my sandwich were so rough and sloppy when making my sandwich. Gross picture attached of my resulting sandwich. The evening shift people I usually meet are good though, and also very polite.
I came to this location for lunch, and I will never return! After I came in another women and her husband came in and the employee was very rude to myself and the couple. The couple told the employee to stop making the sandwich because she was being very rude! The couple asked to speak to the manager, and she said she was the manager... I don't understand how she got that position with horrible customer skills? The subway employee yelled at the other employee in the back to come out, i believe her name was Martha or Maria she is an older lady and she was very mean and rude to the couple. After I paid for my sandwich i told the older lady that, the employee was being very rude. The older women got upset with me and yelled at me to get out. I have never experienced anything like this, the couple was treated so bad including myself I've never witnessed employees yelling at the customers and cursing at them and telling them to leave for no reason... I don't know the names of the employees that work here but she was an African women young with glasses heavy set with brown and blonde braids. These employees should not be working here....
The guy making my sandwich was hurried, short with me and didn't put any care into his work. Disappointing. But the reason for the one star is that they guy took my cash and gave me my change back, all while still wearing his sandwich making gloves. Then I watched him go right back to making the next customer's sandwich while wearing the same gloves. I will never be back to this location.
The woman working the morning into afternoon shift was very rude. She spoke very quietly and when asked to repeat what she said, she would raise her voice with an attitude. I mentioned a mobile coupon I had and she asked how many sandwiches. I said two and she proceeded to yell “I KNOW THAT, what kind?!” I understand she may have been tired or frustrated but she could’ve handled it in a way that wasn’t so rude. I think I’ll stick to the Subway in Writers Square.
I had a coupon for for 6 inch subs for $10 then I wanted package of chips. Then he said it was $18. I said it didn't add up. He had another coupon in front of him for the same thing but yet he couldn't figure out how to bring this up. It took him and good 15 minutes to bring up my order and get the price right. Then he didn't have a bathroom for the customer to use. And he wasn't very friendly either. Food was great otherwise.
As we came in the counter sandwich "artist" Bri was talking to a friend at the door and ignored us. Because there wasn't a greating we were unaware that she was ready to receive our order until my boyfriend asked, "should I start with bread or?" . As he was ordering she began to talk to her friend again and didn't get his order clear and asked him rudely, "American what?" He told her that he didn't appreciate her rudeness and proceeded to engage the manager, Michael about the issue. He was also was rude and instead of attending to customer needs he was defensive of the collective poor attitude. In that time, with that activity, my sandwich preparation was delayed and Bri who was clearly continuing to have a problem focusing on work and being present, also had a problem assembling the components of my turkey Italian. My sandwich was delayed a full 5 minutes and we received no apology for the inconvenience. This expierence left me feeling of, " What happened to customer service and professionalism at this location ?" I will not be returning to this subway and I will be encouraging my family, friends, peers and audience to avoid this location as if Jarred was there with a camera and they had their kids with them
November 14, 2019 - The man taking the money was also assisting in making sandwiches with the SAME GLOVES ON! At first I wasn't sure what I just witnessed so I purposely stood there only to see him keep the same gloves on after he rang me up to finish making the next sandwich. Needless to say, I threw my sandwich in the trash! I won't be going back to this store.....EVER!
I went to order some Subway here on a business meeting with DJ Alisha B. I go to the counter, the girlBri was inattentive and just stared at me. I found out she is interacting to one of her friends so I asked, "Excuse me. What am I supposed to order first. Bread? I haven't order here in a while." She said rudely, "Ya." I said, "Okay, can I have the 9 grain oak?" She then snips at me, "What kind of cheese?" "American," I respond. She proceeded to stare out the window as if she was not listening. Bri then rudely yells, "What kind of American cheese." At that point I had enough I was livid. I felt disrespected. I said, "American cheese. Look I know you are having a bad day but I don't want my food messed up because your being rude and disrespectful." The manager then comes into room I ask are you the manager he said yes. T he receipt said his name is Michael. So I'll call him Michael. Michael then proceeds to listen to my story but not paying attention so I stop mid sentence and say obviously there is a cultural issue of customer service. I told them I will be filling out the survey, posting on the Google reviews and making a video about my poor service that I received on the 16th st mall down town Denver. P.S. Because I was so upset, I didn't enjoy the food.
