Despite its great location, it’s unfortunately one of the worst Subway ever. - Incredibly understaffed often just 1 employee working during lunch rush hour - Cluttered & dirty interior - High prices
Had a great experience. Staff was friendly and welcoming. greeted me as I walked in. Place looked very clean compared to other subways I have visited. I will definitely return!
I usually visit here simply because of its convenience to my hotel. Unfortunately my visit today was less than average. The oven was broken so the Subway sandwich that I usually get couldn't be toasted. My sub sandwich ended up being okay but wasn't quite as good as it could have been. In addition to that, the syrup for the coke was out as well. The line of customers was too long for me to interrupt the staff to have them change out the syrup so I opted for another drink.
Guess there's a catch to ordering pickup. After getting home I find my order with no onions, no olives, I can barely taste the sweet onion sauce, and 4 jalapeños on each side is by no means extra..... This Subway is the worst
The two regular employees are a breath of fresh air, never had a negative experience here.
Poor teamwork and management style, waited 20 minutes past pickup time to get a 2 item Door Dash order, 4 staff on the premise, vacant make line, does not inspire confidence. No bathrooms for anyone but employees..20 minute wait
Food is fine, and the cashier was friendly. I had to repeat my order twice to the the sandwich maker, who was rude, mumbled all his responses making me have to ask what he said again and shook his head when I said I was fine with the upcharge on fresh mozzarella. I will not come here again while he is working here, I'll go somewhere else or come in at night from now on.
I asked more cheese and no leave the store or I call you police that is customer service he was white resisty
I came here after going to another subway near by and man did my guy Brandon hook me up with my favorite sandwich! Everything was actually fresh and the place was impeccable! Give this man a raise!
Went in today and the lady behind the counter lost it on a customer and kicked everyone out. Yikes
