Ordered through door dash and paid almost $15 for a footlong because it was one of their new premium sandwiches and once it arrived it was only a 6 inch. I tried to call the store so i could maybe get a gift card or come pick up the right order as it was somewhat close to me and they proceeded to let the phone ring for 5-10 minutes and if they would pick up the would immediately hand up the phone. Extremely unprofessional and not how you treat a customer. The location in Golden is much better and always more than friendly.
Like the other people say, the worker does their very best , knowing there is always just one employee to do everything. They were very pleasant and the food was Subway style Delicious. The hot stuff was hot and the cold stuff was cold, all the topping were available and fresh,and it was super clean. You employees do a great service making the best of a crappy job.
They were out of teriyaki chicken so I got regular chicken, the employee just poured some teriyaki sauce. My sandwich tasted bad
I usually have a decent experience at this Subway but I'm just wondering why you guys closed 15 minutes early today July 30th at 8:45? Pretty lame if you ask me. Wasn't even a sign that said anything was going on. And the time sheet and website says you close at 9.
I LOVE coming into this location!! Excellent customer service especially from Christina! She goes above and beyond!! Friendly, great service, gets everything correct, greets you from the moment you enter the store. The store is in pristine condition! Highly recommend going to this location!!! Always leave with a smile!!Packaged great!

Closed before 5:30 when the sign says open till 7. This location has fallen off so fast
Waited for 25 minutes at the counter, yelled "Hello" multiple times and people were obviously moving in the back. Customers eating in the lobby. No response, just ignored me and another guy. Please hire competent employees who don't ignore customers.
I would give less if possible I have never went to this location and actually had it be open no matter the time or day.
Online order- employee was incompetent. Picked up order and order was late. I was missing items so called to advise that items were missing and instead of apologizing she said it was my responsibility to grab items. I explained this was an online order. Then apologized. Returned to store to pick up missing items and continued to make mistakes. Frustrating!! Decided to fill out survey online and couldn't because the online receipts DO NOT PRINT the store #. Hope management sees these messages.
